The turning point of my life- So it all started from the first day of college when I joined the college gym. The very first day I joined college I went to the hostel gym. There was a guy in the final year who was regular to the gym and had a good muscular body. I was impressed by his physique and wanted to make-up my body just like that. When I tried to communicate with him he just ignored me. This left me into the grievance and I decided to build my own muscles.

So I started training in the gym twice a day. At first, the gym people overcharged me by giving pre-workout plans of rupees 2000 in rupees 4000. I took help from you-tube, read books about nutrition, and gained knowledge about diet as well.

My Breakfast- As breakfast, I use to take a Protein shake and then after 6 boiled whole eggs.

My Lunch- I have some dal-rice and 3 whole boiled eggs.

My Dinner- For my last meal of the day I used to take some chicken or else dal-rice.

Before workout meal- Complex carbs (e.g- Oats, Sweet potato, Quinoa)
